We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Our measurements are approximate and may not be precise or 100% accurate. Our products are generally measured on width, length and height in milimeters. The weights are measured using the scale in grams.
Product Appearance and What We Don't Guarantee
All photos of our products are being taken by professionals. Touch-up may be done for better web viewing therefore the actual product could appear different under different environment and lighting conditions.
WaggaShop.com also do not guarantee that the items are "100% scratch free and chip free" because different items have different quality criteria from different suppliers. Only gross cohesive fractures are considered damage. We do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting "customer's personal quality expectations", such as perfection or overly immaculate expectations.
Customers are supposed to clarify their expectations with WaggaShop.com if they are in doubt of any item quality prior to any purchase, and not after the purchase. We also do not allow customers to purchase items to take a look at it to fulfill self-curiosity, then later request to return after it had satisfied their curiosity. We only guarantee that items will arrive in good condition on the day of delivery. Any complaints or discrepancy made after 3 days of delivery cannot be entertained.
PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS
Orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been received and WaggaShop.com is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, WaggaShop.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
CANCELLATION BY WaggaShop.com
WaggaShop.com reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Any order cancellation by customer needs to be done within 24 hours via email in the Contact Us. The agreement between WaggaShop.com and you only comes into existence once WaggaShop.com has both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once WaggaShop.com has accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subjected to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from WaggaShop.com because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a gift.
Please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
3. Returned within 3 days after delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return
In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund the product. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to WaggaShop.com and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, wrapping and other fees.
GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will deliver your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to WaggaShop.com.
WaggaShop.com offers customers various shipping methods, pending on customers's consideration on value of items, shipping cost and delivery time. Each shipping method has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Customers will be prompted to select one of the delivery methods during Check-Out. Please note that some locations will have only one shipping selection based on services provided by freight forwarders.
We do not add postage cost into the product and then offer flat rate postage to every location. There are no such shipping charges from local or international freight forwarders under the higher petrol price situation today.
The shipping cost in this website is the same as given by the shipper to WaggaShop.com. We do not earn profit from the shipping cost.
Shipping costs for orders places are calculated based on total shipping weight, even for the order of multiple items. Customer will be provided with the total shipping cost for the order during Checkout.
